This is the third of those interviews and features Dan Rinke in conversation with Luke Spalding. Dan is Winegrower at Johan Vineyards, an 88-acre certified organic/biodynamic, dry farmed, and minimally tilled vineyard/winery in Oregon, and a regenerative viticulture consultant. Luke is manager of Everflyht Vineyard in the UK. Luke and Dan cover a real range of topics, with a focus on more on-the-ground implementation of regenerative viticulture methods.
