Napa CASP Compost
Has anyone purchased/used the new compost offered at Napa Recycling? Their new CASP system supposedly has fixed a lot of the issues common in green waste composting.

They have not tested for pesticides and didn’t think it was a concern in the industry. I told them to get it checked as it seemed like it would be #1 or #2
