Underground Festival returns this February for two immersive days exploring soil, food, and farming.

Held at Greystone, a regenerative and organic vineyard in Waipara (just north of Christchurch), the festival blends expert talks, hands-on field workshops, and locally sourced organic and regenerative food into a unique, on-farm experience.

With over 30 speakers from New Zealand and abroad, topics cover everything from soil microbiology to agroforestry, adaptive grazing to regenerative finance, biochar workshops, diversification, pollinating insects, farm planning and design, and much more.

More than just a conference, Underground is a living classroom, community gathering, and a feast rolled into one—designed to spark practical change in how we grow, shop, and eat
