About Hideaway Vineyard
We are Hideaway Vingård, an organic and regeneratively farmed vineyard on the island of Fejø in Denmark. On our 2.4 hectares, we focus on building living soil through permanent cover crops, organic mulches, and grazing geese, creating a biodiverse ecosystem that supports healthy, resilient vines.
Every vine is tended by hand — from canopy work to green harvesting — and we irrigate nothing, letting nature set the pace. In the cellar, we work with spontaneous fermentation and minimal intervention, allowing our wines to express their origin with clarity and honesty.
Alongside our winery, we host guests in vineyard cabins and welcome visitors to our summer restaurant, serving Mediterranean-inspired dishes made with local produce.
