Sustainability in Drinks
Sustainability in Drinks will return for its second year on Tuesday 21st October 2025 at St Mary’s, Wyndham Place, York St, London. The new format will focus on advice, education and information sharing and will include producers of sustainable products and services.
SID is the annual event on the sustainability calendar incorporating exhibitors, workshops, talks, keynote address and high-profile panel debates. It has quickly become a renowned international showcase, information hub and resource for products, advice and support for all areas of the drinks trade.
The RVF will be there facilitating two workshops in the Land Health exhibitor zone:
Workshop 1 : Sustainable wines – a deep dive into Organic / Biodynamic / Regenerative
What is a sustainable wine, and which certification schemes are regarded as gold standard? We’ll talk to organic, biodynamic and regenerative producers to find out what makes their methods stand out
Workshop 2 : The Importance of soil health
We’ll explore why healthy soil is critical not just to yields, but also to climate resilience and adaptation through water quality, biodiversity, flood prevention, and carbon capture
